We've been using GiftPay for a couple of years now and customer service has been faultless throughout. Lukas and the team are excellent to work with - very attentive and fast to accomodate our requests. They are always incredibly helpful. The GiftPay platform is very easy to navigate, with a huge variety of options for our staff to choose from for their rewards. The only downfall of all giftcard systems is the value lost when cards are not utilised, however GiftPay provides extensive reporting to help the purchaser keep a track of cards not clicked or used. Over-all GiftPay is a great company to work with.
