Customer Service was exceptional. It is rare these days to contact customer service and get straight through to a human. In this case, the human was helpful, friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable and proactive. The same person followed my enquiry from start to finish, consistently setting and then exceeding expectations in terms of follow-up and information. I haven't had a customer service experience this good in a long time.
