I really should have done more research on this company and looked into the reviews. What I received was nowhere near the misleading images they display on their site. It seems they used AI to create an illusion of a 3D pillow, but I ended up with a flat pillow that has poor stitching and looks as if a child drew on it. It doesn’t resemble the picture I provided at all. They even added an emblem on the front, which wasn’t in the original image I submitted. I didn’t even open the packaging. When I tried to track my order, the site was unreachable (that was my first warning sign). After emailing them to cancel, they claimed it had already shipped and offered a mere 10% refund. This is unacceptable, and I want a full refund. I plan to escalate this with the payment service I used. Avoid this seller unless you want a disappointing, poorly made product. I rarely leave negative feedback, but this situation needs to be highlighted as a scam. The item came from overseas, and while some products may be genuine, this one is definitely not. I would give it negative stars if I could. I'm extremely frustrated.
