Delighted with the entire process. Gifts direct is super efficient. Great website, lots of choice & a wonderful gift box for family abroad. A taste of ireland brings joy. The recipient loved the box & it was delivered to the USA 4 days after I placed my order. Tracking system was updated regularly. Top marks folks, from a very happy customer.
We were assured that the package would arrive before Christmas, but my parents are still waiting. 40 euros in shipping fees? I'm extremely disappointed. The service has been inadequate. I'm still trying to get an explanation for why it was delayed in the USA for five days. They need to improve. There's no justification for this. I've spent 140 euros on the package and an additional 40 euros for shipping, and it still hasn't arrived? I'm appalled.
