This was my first time using this company and I must say, the staff people are very attentive and caring. In the sense, I ordered rakhi for raksha bandhan and because I was early I received a email saying original date is this and if I want to change the delivery date I can do it. This personalized care truly touched me. Also, I had send a message and they used their 'caring' concept and wrote & send that message on a greeting card. In short, I felt as if, they took care of my gift as if it was their "own" gift. This kind of personalized service is not easy to find, nowadays. Needless to say, I was updated whenever the items were shipped out with the tracking number and when it got delivered... as all other Company does.
