It was hard to navigate on a phone…And the description for the characters on the mug were messed up.It said I had 12 hours to cancel but noone answered for 2-3 days….No I have a mug going to someone who’s character will be wrong…. The guy was supposed to be balled…. But now has a full set of blonde hair…. And it was a memorial cup for 2 dogs that died this year…. Not cool….
