Overall, this automation tool saves a lot of time for lead generation and works well when it’s set up correctly and closely monitored (it’s clear that “set and forget” doesn’t work here). However, some technical issues keep coming back, even after the tech team fixes them when I report about them.I really like how quickly it lets me bid on proposals. With Upwork being so competitive, the tool generates proposals super fast. I also bid manually, but I don’t get nearly as many views on my proposals as I do with Gigradar’s manager. That said, sometimes the quality of the bids suffers and the cover letters can seem very basic/generic even after trying different prompts. On the plus side, the product is constantly improving with new features, which shows they’re listening to customer feedback. And I have to give big kudos to the support team - they really care about their customers!
