Do not trust this firm, very unprofessional. Shocking lack of communication during my house sale and purchase. I also had to chase them twice for the funds from my house sale, they also undercharged me on stamp duty and only realised once they’d paid me the funds. Then they told me two different amounts to pay back, leading to a severe lack of trust, and they offered to send me my ex’s financial statement to show they’d undercharged him too. When I sent a formal complaint through I was offered a monetary goodwill gesture but they still haven’t paid this to me 3 months later. Absolute garbage, avoid at all costs unless you like severe stress at an already stressful time.
