Gilson Gray claim that “customers are at the heart of everything we do,” but based on my experience, I’ve felt more like I’ve been left on life support over the last few months. Repeated emails went unanswered, some were deleted without being read, and there was a general lack of urgency throughout. Promised call-backs never happened, voicemails resulted in no action, and important documents were misplaced within their system—meaning I had to send the same documents more than once. The delays this caused ultimately led to additional costs on my part. To make matters worse, I was also invoiced for work that was not undertaken.
Most people wouldn’t feel this experience deserves any stars at all, but I’ve given one star because, eventually, they did manage to get the sale over the line. I used them on the recommendation of my estate agent, and I truly wish I hadn’t followed that advice. It’s your decision whether to use them, but in my opinion, if you’re looking for a quick and efficient sale, I’d look elsewhere.
