I received my infinity gold mirrored hoop and it was cracked I contacted the delivery company DHL. I was told that it was Gimme Hoop who I needed to communicate with. Gimme Hoop is Now telling me I can send an additional $125.00 to ship it back to them so they can repair it after I initially paid $810.96 for two items with them.. it takes forever to get a response and that’s the unrealistic reply that I got.
