STAY AWAY!!!!!I ordered a dermaroller on the 19th of December to be shipped to Malta, Europe. And according to my emails this was then shipped in the 21st of December. However it is now the 13th of February and I never received my package because it is somehow stuck in Jamaica. I have been emailing back and forth to try to get a refund and she is absolutely refusing to issue a refund, on the pretense that it has to be declared lost for me to qualify for a refund.Not only that, in her email she said and I quote; “Hi love, If you don't receive your order and once it is deemed lost, we will refund you minus shipping costs❤️ “Meaning I will have to pay the shipping for something I never received.STAY AWAY!!!!!
