If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I don't normally leave reviews but I absolutely had to this time as Gina totally saved the day! I placed a black silk dress in for drycleaning. There was a small patch where we thought the material had faded prior to cleaning, however when the dress came back, the cleaning had exposed a much larger area that had faded, right down the front. I had an event to attend the following day (and nothing else to wear!), and Gina was phenomenal. She promised me that she would work something out and get me to my event and she did! She arranged for their tailor to create a new black panel on the front of the dress that completely masked the problem, yet did not ruin the style of the dress at all. She also managed to make this all happen in under 24hours - free of charge - so I did indeed make it to my event! The service here is absolutely phenomenal! Thank you Gina!
