I recently requested my electricity and water usage from GingerEnergy. Within 2 working days, they sent me a few descriptions and graph regarding my water & electricity usage. I was incredibly happy with the outcome as it showed me everything that I need and outlined explanations for each graph. This is important for me to know as I thought I was using a lot more electricity and water than before but it was just a change in price. Overall, great customer service and structured, simple analysis given. In future reference, if they could have given me information on other metrics, it would be good. But I was still very happy as I got the expected outcome for what I asked for.
