I bought the 1/2 inch 130 foot hose reel. This reel looks amazing hung on a 4x4 although if I would do it again I would use a 4x6 instead. I since the post 3feet and filled it with high strength concrete. I hung the hose reel and I rolled it out 3 maybe 4 times before the spring inside gave in and released the majority of the tension off the hose. I contacted giraffe tools to tell them what happened. They checked a the serial number and confirmed the order number. The product has a 2 year warranty, so giraffe tools sent me a new reel. The best part of all of this is that it took less than a week to have a new reel hung on the same post. The did not even hassle in asking me to return the broken product. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service fast acting on shipping they recognize the issue and acted quickly.
