I purchased a Giraffe Tools 90-foot Retractable Hose Reel in June 2024. I used this reel several times a week for the past 17 months. It has worked flawlessly and is such a time saver that I really don't think I want to do any lawn maintenance without it. My family loves this hose reel. Then, earlier this week, the hose would not retract all the way. I informed Giraffe Tools on a Monday of the issue. Giraffe Tools shipped me a new hose reel, which I received on Friday, four days later! This is an example of outstanding customer service!
