My Giraffe pressure washer stopped working and I reached out to the company to inquire about obtaining parts. Grace became my customer service representative. I was informed that I couldn't get any of the parts that I was looking for. Grace was awesome, she worked with me to try and find my warranty information even though the serial number sticker had disappeared and the original paperwork couldn't be found. In the end she authorized a replacement unit be sent. I was amazed by the high level of customer service provided. I look forward to using this company for future shop tool needs.
