I am a very happy customer of giraffe tools. I use my wall mounted pressure washer a lot. It has been a great unit, but I noticed a small leak and sent a video to the company to see if I could order that part. That’s when Doris & Fancy reached out to me and said they would replace my unit for free. Then I noticed when they sent me the new unit it was an upgraded model. I would recommend any giraffe product based on my experience with their customer service.
