We purchased two different hose reels from Girafe last fall and have been very pleased with the product. One of the reels starting not reeling back in after about 10 months and customer service was very prompt in assisting. They sent out a replacement the very next day after we sent in a video of the product not working. I’d recommend their product and service! Brian C
