Their products are awesome! Bought the mounted water hose last year and LOVE it! Just purchased the powerwasher and it sprung a leak when using it. After emailing them they said they would be sending out a replacement. The next morning I checked the email to find the tracking only to see that it had already been delivered at my door! Fixing to purchase another longer water hose for the back yard. Their products are so convenient to use and their customer service is TOP TIER!
