I ran across an add for a hose reel by Giraffe Tools and got good reviews so i thought i would gibe it a try since we have Alot of plants and water regularly. Used for approximately 14months and one day it jumped track on inside of reel and would retract but couldn’t pull out completely. I brought this to the attention of Giraffe Tools and they said no worries send proof of purchase and short video of the issue and BAM….. they just sent out a new hose reel just like that!
