After receiving our retractable hose, we had a problem with the hose retracting back into the housing unit after its second use. We contacted the company and spoke with Doris with customer service. She was fantastic. After providing her with detailed information (video and picture) about the problem we were having, she explained that the company will be sending a new unit to us with no additional charge.
