My G20 pressure cleaner developed a leak after about 6 months, I put through an email to customer service and received a prompt rely from Grace with all the details required for a warranty claim. I unfortunately could not find the original order number or receipt as it was ordered by my partner for my birthday. After giving Grace my partner's email address and our delivery address she was able to track down the order number and process the delivery of the replacement item.
