From beginning all communication in my experience has been clear and polite. I didn'tfeel like they talked down to me. I was never rushed and they were very patient when my nerves took hold and I asked several questions more than once. They have so far settled as they said they would and I am currently waiting for final steps to begin new financial chapter in my life. I am hoping all is concluded soon as I have been assured it will be. Waiting on final financial numbers to be sure all is proper but so far they have been up front and I feel honest, in their assistance.
