It's nov 14, 2023, they said they will issue me complete refund, they have not yet given. It's been over 10 days and they said 4/5 days. Do not buy from them, you will regret. This is my genuine feedback.I had taken a VIP plan through paddle for using gitmind mind map tool. My VIP plan membership was supposed stay active for 3+3 years, that is until 2029. Now i can see myself shifted to credit system, where i am under free plan. I have been told to log in via google , which i did, yet i cannot see my plan active. after paying $79 dollars for this min mapping tool, my plan did not even work for a few months. Please read the reason for revoking my VIP membership. Then one fine day they realise that they cannot bear the overheads and then they change your plan. I will for sure file a lawsuit against their company. This is because an invoice is a legal agreement. Kindly issue me my refund asap.
