So they use FedEx as the carrier to send your sample back to them. Idk if it’s a fedex thing but FedEx held onto our sample and didn’t inform us or Give Legacy. We called Give legacy to tell them about situation, they sent us a new kit for free. When the second kit arrived, there were missing products in it that made it unable to do the process. You would think a popular company with great reviews would use a better mail carrier/package carrier and not send missing products. We will try for a third kit and see what happens… so far really not impressed with Give Legacy.
