Stored 4 samples. That is simple enough. But I wanted to discuss the samples and the numbers. Set up appointment which earliest was 30-45 days away....I have forgotten since it's so long ago. I got the meeting warnings and just didn't read them "enough". Just waited for my appt and no call. I go to appt notice and it is a zoom. I don't have a camera.....I emailed them and said call since it was 6 minutes past appt time. So I have 4 deposits and really no clue what's going on. There really is no customer service. I have deposits with Dadi too and they are faster on the replies (although never asked to speak with them). I must accept some blame for not catching the zoom part, but I don't need to see your face to discuss the numbers! I'm just going to make a local appt now and try and discuss this. Their customer service "dr" is a waste of time.
