False advertising! They promise to beat carmax’s offer or give you $100. They lowballed me on their initial offer. So I asked for the $100. They replied asking for a copy of the offer from Carmax, which I provided. Three times. They then decided to completely stop responding. I will be filing a complaint with my state’s AG for their false advertising. Don’t waste your time with these scumbags.
