Excellent service even in less ideal situations

I've used Brume 2 (gl-mt2500a) for 6 months without a single restart, unfortunately firmware upgrade bricked my unit so I reached out to support via e-mail. From that moment forward the company went above an beyond with support, even checking up on my progress following instructions. They refunded the shipping costs and send me a new unit immediately after I've given them the tracking number for the damaged one. Bad software and hardware faults can happen during the life of the device but a great aftersales care - that separates bad companies from great ones.
