I recently purchased a device from your website, but due to an unexpected change in my travel schedule, I requested to cancel the order approximately ten hours later. At that point, the order had not been shipped, and no tracking number had been issued, nor was the order status marked as completed.According to your published cancellation policy, cancellations are allowed for orders that have not yet been shipped. Despite this, my request was denied, and I was instructed to proceed with a return instead. As a result, I have now been charged a €12 return fee.This situation is both frustrating and disappointing. The refusal to cancel the order—despite it not being shipped—appears to contradict the policy stated on your website. Charging a return fee under these circumstances feels unjust and gives the impression that cancellation is effectively not permitted under any condition, even when clearly allowed by policy.This experience reflects poorly on customer service, and I will be avoiding future purchases with your company.
