Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve had the experience of working with. They do not communicate at all. My program was supposed to last three years. I am going into year four and they still have not negotiated all of my account accounts. Horrible experience!!!! You are better off trying to negotiate for yourself. Do NOT use this company! What I ended up paying them I could have negotiated with these accounts and still have money left over.
