On September 1st, I placed an order for PF-2 Fluoride Reduction Filters. A week later, instead of receiving the filters I ordered, I received other water filters. I sent Glacier Fresh an email message regarding the error. They apologized and asked me to send photos of the filters and packaging. I did as they requested. About a week and a half later I received a shipment. Instead of the filters I ordered, they again sent the same wrong filters. I requested a refund. They apologized again, and told me they would send me the filters I ordered. That was on September 21st. It's now October 10th. I've yet to receive a refund, or the filters I ordered.
