I bought a PC in May 2025 and encountered several problems. I was contacted about potential changes before the build and requested a better motherboard, which I paid extra for. However, the PC arrived with the original motherboard. Additionally, the fans were installed incorrectly, exposing wiring in my case. After updating the motherboard myself, I found that the cable ties had been excessively tight, causing damage. Now, I cannot access my account as it appears to be disabled.
