We are very pleased with the service provided. Just one little thing...Because our family are all computer dummies we had to ring in our computer specialist to make the computer working and connect it to the screen. Would have been much easier and cheaper to sent me a mail to inform us tho type in the microsoft license number as password and of course where to find it.;-)
