When we picked wedding rings was just asked for deposit and was given to option to pay in installments or to just pay the final price when collected rings. Rings were ready in plenty of time and when we had asked them to be ready for with no issues. When collecting wedding rings i was advised that i could take my engagement ring in a couple of days before to get it polished. Also got my engagement ring resized here and was done within 2 days. Staff are very friendly and polite and nothing seems to much trouble.
