My first order, ordered an ongoing subscription plus Trim and Proper set which included a nail cutter. This set was not included with order received 6/3 even though paid for and therefore unable to put the nails on this weekend as unable to get to shops to purchase nail cutter. Emailed Yesterday 6/3 via website but advised today 7/3 via Instagram of non receipt of this even tho I had an acknowledgment via website. Conversation on Instagram did not get to the heart of the problem. Also confused with what I have been charged as potentially overcharged.Have done another email today and await response.
