I’ve been a GC member for 10+ years now! I even trialled their subscription service back in the early days… Whilst some little touches have had to change to with the times (we have gone from beautifully presented boxes with little gifts and new return parcels to recyclable bags with some tissue wrap that never stays on), the one thing that hasn’t wavered is their outstanding - and I mean OUTSTANDING many companies could learn from it - customer service. Whether on the phone or email, because I missed an item, ordered the wrong size or left something in a pocket, the help is always there in a friendly, timely manner. I hate shopping but I love GC! Thanks team, seriously well done. Keep it up!
