I placed an order for two items with next day delivery but only received one. I contacted the service to request a refund for the delivery fee since I expected both items together and wouldn’t have ordered otherwise. I received no reply. Instead, I got an unrelated email about a refund for the out-of-stock item with no timeline for its arrival. I quickly responded to ask for the refund and next day delivery, but still no response. Today, I was informed that my item was shipping. The customer service is extremely disappointing; it's evident they don’t care despite my repeated attempts to reach out. This has been a poorly handled experience, and I will not be ordering from here again.
