If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered £100 of makeup as a Christmas present for my daughter on 1 December. Was charged for, and assured of, expedited delivery that would take 5 days. Here I am on 27 December with no order. Customer service has been dreadful, and a case logged with Paypal. I have today received an update from UPS notifying that they collected the order from glamlite on the 26th, and are now due to be delivered on the 31st. I’ll believe that when I see it! Will never purchase from this shower of shit again. Buyer beware.
