Had so many issues with my order. Firstly, they did not offer shipping to Ireland which they previously had and they did not mention anywhere on their site that this had changed. I placed an order using my US forwarding address with the hopes I could contact them and change my address. After 3 emails I finally got a response in which they told me I could cancel and re-order to ship to Ireland. When I emailed them back to agree to this. While waiting for a response they shipped my order out. While I was annoyed with this, I didn't mind too much. However, they did not include the PO box number on my order which resulted in a lot of confusion for my forwarding company. I tried to contact them multiple times with urgency during this process with no avail. They have no dedicated customer service email, and no confirmation that they even receive an email when sent Terrible customer service which is a shame as their products are lovely.
