Unfortunately I received a few defective products. I reached out to customer service and they got really defensive and rude. They promised to give me a refund and then they ignored me for about a month until I had to reach out on social media. They proceeded to block me and restrict my account. I reached out to them about this and they proceeded to tell me that my comment was harassing and bullying the brand. They don't allow any type of negative or constructive criticism. More importantly if you're asking for help they will not allow it. I still do not have a refund as promised. And I doubt I will ever see one. 😓😢 It's definitely left me with a negative feeling towards the brand and make up all together 🥺
