The items I received were fake and arrived without packaging, showing signs of damage. While the website claims free returns for damaged goods, they refused to cover the return shipping costs, leaving me to pay £26 for the return. It's been a month, and the package is still stuck in customs. I strongly advise against ordering from this site as it feels like a scam!
