It was a terrible experience, I have never had such a bad shopping experience in my life. I bought a 4-poster set with 4 frames, but they only sent 2 frames. Emails are never answered, and it is impossible to reach customer service. It’s been almost 20 days since I made the purchase, and I have neither received the missing products nor gotten a refund. I believe this is a scam. Do not shop here!
