Order not received which was placed on 20 October 2024. Was initially contacted to say would be a slight delay on the order and woukd be despatched in one to four business days. I've chased only to be told it was a pre order (I ordered from the sale) and would be despatched by the end of the week which has come and gone. Three weeks and not received my order. Very disappointed as I was a repeat customer. Will need to raise a complaint now with PayPal in the hope to get a refund.
