Got tickets for a Kaleo gig. Worked out £40 cheaper than buying from ticketmaster. Initially I was very suspect because the tickets did not get sent straight away which always gives you a feeling of unease. But come the week before the event everything was sorted. This was a super easy process. The tickets got transferred on the day of the event and I got a call just as the doors opened to say the Q was getting long and Martin could give us a Q skip. The service and approach was better than I expected. I do highly recommend. Couldn't be happier
