I've changed my rating from 1 star to 5.*****I usually prefer giving positive reviews, but this time it was difficult: the service was lacking. I left messages and sent emails with no replies, and I was still waiting for my delivery. I'm relieved I did a test order first! If I don't hear back this week, I may seek to recover my losses.
