I placed an order for a single sealed unit on 24/9/25 and shortly got a provisional delivery date of 9th October. I was going to be away so emailed them asking if the delivery could be postponed but didn't get a reply and as far I was aware no delivery was attempted. It hadn't arrived by 13/10 so I searched for reviews and found some saying they had items not delivered and that it was a scam so I was getting worried however it turned up today. The unit was delivered by a local company (gap Lincoln) who themselves don't appear to sell sealed units so im not sure where they actually come from as glass2go don't appear to make them as they are a fairly recently registered company and a clearly just a reseller. I don't believe this to be a scam, just a small company who maybe hasn't given the best customer service to a few people. Would I risk a large order for thousands of pounds? maybe not.
