The website was a little clunky and it was difficult to get back and forth to my order without having to redo it. If I had to go backwards it was aggravating. I had a hard time finding glasses that I liked. Checking out took a few tries to go through. Once I got my glasses they didn't match the description online and I'm not happy with them. They took too long to get here.
