Weird to give 5 stars when product didn't work but am very impressed with my contact with the company. I had never heard of etched glass stains but I contacted Glassguard when their product didn't work (last of many, many attempts from toothpaste to oven cleaner), Rhiannon gave this as a likely explanation, advised that the product couldn't fix it and gave me an immediate refund. Fantastic customer service.
