I am impressed! After the third time going over the stubborn mould accumulated from my washing machine rubber front loader door for over 12 years, it looks virtually new. I left the gel in overnight though instead of 3-5 hours as suggested. The rusty stains did not come off but hey, I'm grateful this far. Will now try the stain remover on the rust and report back.
