I really rated my experience with the company, shipping etc. However the product has not quite lived up to my expectations. I have used it twice like stated and still see water and soap marks on the shower glass. I also tried on the mould behind kitchen sink and it has not moved it. I am not giving up yet though! As I really want this to work. If I could do a half stars I would rate 3 1/2 out of 5 so not a complete fail
